Mortgage Licensing, LLC
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Services and FHA APPROVALS

Our firm specializes in providing affordable multi-state licensing services to mortgage brokers and lenders seeking to expand their businesses into other states.

Our mission is to simplify the regulatory process by assisting clients in obtaining the appropriate license to broker or originate loans in any state. We act as liaison between you and the state regulator by handling the administrative aspects of licensing, so you can focus on sales production.

We also provide assistance with obtaining HUD FHA APPROVAL as a "Full" or "Mini" Eagle. We work directly with your sponsor and accountant to assemble the necessary documentation, including Quality Control Plans.

The Value Added of Full-Service Mortgage Licensing

From start to finish, Mortgage Licensing, LLC provides a no-nonsense approach to the licensing process. We understand the intricacies of the different licensing requirements in each state and make the process of getting licensed as efficient as possible. We begin by assessing each client’s individual legal circumstances and business goals in order to develop a customized approach to the licensing process. We identify potential factors that can affect the likelihood of approval - such as “blemished” personal histories, bankruptcies or litigation - and develop strategies to address them. Our goal is to prepare a professional application package in order to minimize delays and maximize the probability of approval. Mortgage Licensing, LLC provides one-stop licensing services through a network of licensing-related providers. We coordinate the process of qualifying to do business in each state, obtaining name or assumed name approval, appointing resident agents, and obtaining the necessary surety bonds for licensing.
